At GPUzilla d.o.o. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our cloud GPU rental services (“Services”).

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and bank transfer details. We also gather usage data, including logs and interactions with our Services. Cookies and tracking technologies are minimally used, as most interactions with our Services are not web-based.

Your information is used to provide and improve our Services, process payments via bank transfers, manage accounts, and ensure security. We may also use your contact details to communicate important updates about the Services. Fraud detection and service integrity monitoring are essential aspects of our operations.

Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share data with trusted service providers when necessary for operational purposes. If required by law, we may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or protect our legal rights.

Data Security & Retention

We implement security measures to protect your data, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users are responsible for safeguarding their own credentials. We retain your data as long as necessary for service provision and compliance with legal obligations. If you wish to delete your account or personal data, you may submit a request.

Methods of data processing and data retention period

Data processing will be carried out either manually or with the aid of IT and telematic means. The data will be stored both in paper files and in electronic files for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in paragraph 2 and in any case, following the exhaustion of such purposes, up to a maximum of years 10. Specific security measures are implemented to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The Data Controller is GPUzilla d.o.o., based in Heinzelova 62a HR 10000 Zagreb, privacy@gpuzilla.com. The updated list of Data Processors is kept at the registered office of the Data Controller.
