Welcome to GPUzilla d.o.o. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our cloud GPU rental services (“Services”), you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and shall not use the Services to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or distributing malicious software.

Account Registration & Security

To access our Services, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected.

Payments & Fees

Fees for our Services are charged based on usage as described on our website. All payments are processed exclusively through bank transfers, and payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

Service Availability & Downtime

While we aim to provide reliable service and guarantee it to the degree set forth in our Agreement. We are not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or damages caused by service disruptions. We may perform maintenance or updates, which could result in temporary downtime.

Liability & Indemnification

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Services.

Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and store your data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may store logs for service monitoring and improvement. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), our data processing practices comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated. Termination of Services

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time, but no refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Republic of Croatia.

Data Controller and Data Processors

The Data Controller is GPUzilla d.o.o., based in Heinzelova 62a HR 10000 Zagreb, privacy@gpuzilla.com. The updated list of Data Processors is kept at the registered office of the Data Controller.
